Reminder Leasing Rules & On-Street Parking Safety

Please take a moment to view the Friendly Reminder attached regarding leasing rules and on-street parking safety. You can also find the notice posted to the Association’s website for easy reference at your convenience.

We are excited to announce the addition of new online leasing application and tenant information platforms to the website which should be ready for release and use early next week. Owners who are currently leasing out their homes will be able to use the tenant information form to submit the required form and Owners interested in leasing out their home will be able to apply online as well. You will find more information about this process and the current leasing maximum which has currently been met in the attached Friendly Reminder Notice.
